We have a (7) day money back guarantee.  No refunds for non-flawed items.  Please check length of products before ordering, as curly and wavy hair textures appear shorter then the length stated.  Order longer lengths for these texture types.  Our synthetics and some bonnets, can take 2-4 weeks for delivery.  Be sure to check your orders.  Allow 3-7 days for refunds, after receipt of products.
